Person names are not romanized when non-default metadata language is used #571
Description
I'm using Polish as default metadata language and this results in some of actors' names using non-latin characters which hinders searching and generally makes it harder to reason about what the user sees.
The root cause seems to be different responses returned by TMDB api depending on used language, see examples below.
