Error: Username must not be blank

Jenkins and plugins versions report

Running with the latest version of Jenkins and LTS version of the plugin.

I am seeing an error that appears to be sourced from the Escape Hatch class stating that the Username must not be blank. I have disabled the escape hatch from my previous configurations, and now I see that it is an additional property I can set in my CasC. However, it appears to be mandatory now? Is this expected now?

What Operating System are you using (both controller, and any agents involved in the problem)?

LTS Ubuntu and Jenkins image

Expected Results

Jenkins should be deployed

You should only have the property if you want the escape hatch.

Likely you have the property set but not the values?

If not can you include (a security sanitized I e. redacted) casc file.
