opf service not start in windows server 2012

Run the entire procedure to install, create the opf service with the correct path, but do not start the service on windows server 2012 R2, someone else has had this problem,

Hi,

Same here on 2012 R2. Server has been restarted.
The service doesn't start and says:

Where can I find the "Application event log" ? There is nothing in the Windows Event Viewer too (or I don't know where to look 😅).
