[Feature Request] Enforce minimum number of characters to be changed.

Part of the CMMC Practices (IA.L2-3.5.7) is to identify the number of characters to be changed when changing a password, In objective [d] they want to know how you enforce this. I assume this would be a great add-on to this application.
