Providers / Models list accepts new entries, but keys for those entries cannot be saved #6

The list of providers and models is now enriched from the ./dashboard/src/config/providers/ entries, both in bot creation and in key set-up.
But key creation fails as the key saving process still relies on the static list from code.

(funnily my own tentative fix got that same issue and I got it sorted with Antigravity Gemini yesterday, but screwed it all up by testing wrongly in botched docker creation and ran out of credit and time afterwards)
