Add test scenario for tags renaming

Add test scenario. Steps:

1. Create notebook named "Renaming tags"
2. Select it
3. Create note named "Paragraph tag" with 2 lorem ipsum paragraphs
4. Add tag "Rename tag 1" to first paragraph
5. Create note named "Note tag" with lorem ipsum paragraph
6. Add tag "Rename tag 2" to this note
7. Go to settings - tags tab
8. Rename "Rename tag 1" tag to "RENAMED tag 1"
9. Rename "Rename tag 2" tag to "RENAMED tag 2"
10. Make sure note "Paragraph tag" have 2 paragraphs (only attribute of the first one changed)
11. Make sure note "Note tag" have original content
12. Make sure metadata is updated for both notes accordingly
