class-ify mocks

The mock objects used for unit testing are following a standard pattern for ease of use, and could be made into classes pretty easily.

Having a single base mock class that github and exec inherit from would formalize their structure and enforce a known contract.

Shouldn't impact things very much but it might make usage a little easier
