Build test failed and steps to build circular SNPs genome

Greetings,

1. I tried to install Circleator 1.0.2, but when ran /.Build test command the results state it failed. I have installed all other prerequisites. Could you suggest what can I do to solve it?

2. I would really like to create SNPs image that shows nucleotide variations among circular genomes such as yeast example in the supplementary files. I only got 6 samples and 1 reference genome for comparisons and the genome sizes are only ~159000bp with 27 SNPs site. Can you suggest a steps to build it?
