Waypoint distance information doesn't show up in IVA #54

From taniwha on the forum:
The markers show up fine (sort of the tear drops aren't always there when I expect them to be), it's the distance and ETA to the waypoint that I don't see in IVA but do in external view.
Suspect what's going on here is that the offset information from the altimeter is wrong in IVA.
