[Docs] Add a list of useful third party solutions

Some websites are very difficult to fix because:

• The solution is very complex (rule of thumb: 100+ lines of code)
• The website has GeoLock
• The website requires account
• The website is sticky
• etc.

However, sometimes third party developers have working solutions, for example:

Add a section to the home page to list these third party solutions, however, it must be clearly explained that I do not and will not accept sponsored listings.

@Poopooracoocoo The popup menu of Nano Defender can serve as the table of content. For people who haven't installed the extension, they wouldn't really need more than the first 2 sections.
