Missing spec

When CLD fails to detect a language it returns
name TG_UNKNOWN_LANGUAGE
code xxx

An example test case would be:
"Frontpage - O PICO DO TURISMO SUSTENTAVEL"

It would be nice if this is in the spec for developers to handle this appropriately.
