sga-preqc-report.py Unable to parse the pattern #167
Description
Hi, I am trying to run age-preqc-report.py. However, it was not included in the condo sga installation so I had to download it from GitHub.
It recognizes my output from preaching but then directly gives me the following error:
Unable to parse the pattern
Any idea what the issue is?
