Which keyboard layout are you using?
I didn't implement Ctrl+Shift+F. That should default to Find in Files (Advanced find).
I did implement Ctrl+Alt+F. If the Ctrl key isn't pressed, then it Alt+F will open the File menu.
Is that the behavior you're experiencing?

If not, try going to Tools->Options;Keyboard and type Ctrl+Shift+F into the open the box near the bottom right and see what command it's assigned to.
