Got following Errror "web-stats.json file not found error" when I trying to connect backend .

Hi Matt,
First of all thank you much for the nice blog("https://justdjango.com/blog/chat-app-django-channels"), it's very helpful to who want to learn web development.

Issue:
I am following the "https://justdjango.com/blog/chat-app-django-channels" to create chat app for my learning.I got below error when i trying to connect the backend.

**Error:

OSError: Error reading /home/vicki/chatapp/vicki_chat/webpack-stats.json. Are you sure webpack has generated the file and the path is correct?

In browser have seen below message:
"The WebSocket is currently Closed"

I am new to web development, kindly help me out.
is this file automatically created or we need to do something?
