Onix MouseOvers outside codelist

Do we need to do something about 'AcknowledgmentOfSource' ? Should it be defined somewhere so that you can get explanation on mouseover ?

There are probably two common situations:

<UsageRelatedResource>
    <UsageResourceRelator>onixPL:MustInclude</UsageResourceRelator>
    <RelatedResource>onixPL:AcknowledgmentOfSource</RelatedResource>
</UsageRelatedResource>

In this case the definition should be taken from the ONIX_PublicationLicense_CodeLists.xsd (I think other mouseovers also come from here

OR

<UsageRelatedResource>
    <UsageResourceRelator>onixPL:MustInclude</UsageResourceRelator>
    <RelatedResource>AcknowledgmentOfSource</RelatedResource>
</UsageRelatedResource>

In which case there should be an accompanying <ResourceDefinition> in the licence XML - e.g.

    <ResourceLabel>AcknowledgmentOfSource</ResourceLabel>
    <Annotation>
        <AnnotationType>onixPL:AcknowledgmentToInclude</AnnotationType>
        <AnnotationText>Title and copyright owner</AnnotationText>

This is slightly more awkward as we have another layer of information (presumably in theory there could be multiple annotations here).

If possible I'd use the annotations (one or more) to create the mouse-over in this instance:
"Acknowledge to include Title and copyright owner"

Should this be applied only to RelatedResource? For example we also have this:

Should be applied in all cases there is a definition internal to the ONIX-PL licence file. So for those terms with 'onixPL:' preceding value, the definition should be in the CodeLists.xsd. For those terms without the prefix, check the licence file itself for the definition.

Also applies to things like AuthorizedUsers. See the Spec document page 6 lines 1.6 and 1.7 in table for example of how this works for AuthorizedUsers
