Corrupted white background after suspend Xubuntu #1

Hey just wanted to report a corrupted white background on Xubuntu after suspend that only happens when using a GPU (currently using a GTX 960 EVGA to be exact with the Nvidia 378.13 driver, this bug does not persist on my notebook with intel HD graphics, you can fix this you can simply change the wallpaper and the white corrupted background will disappear and will be back to a wallpaper.

(NOTE: I am using 2 screens which is why you can't see the full wallpaper)
side note I noticed performance issues on moving windows around while I have chrome open causing weird issues on the window when I move it around.
hope these bugs are fixed as I really like to use this!
