MSYS2

MSYS2 switched to runtime 3.5 which dropped Windows 7 support. I have followed their guide to keep runtime 3.4 and skip runtime 3.5 but I still see a lot of errors popped up in the terminal. I hope this project can help me running the latest MSYS2 with the latest runtime.
