Add crate storage limit config option

The option to define a custom limit for crate capacity would be much appreciated, especially given as you can store crates inside of chests. I'm sure some people might prefer having a much lower limit and instead storing full crates in their own dedicated storage, not unlike using Shulkers to expand the storage capacity of a single double chest. This would also go nicely alongside #34, as being able to store stacks of full crates in each slot of a double chest again allows a maximum storage capacity that is much beyond reason.

Perhaps also optionally preventing the stacking of crate items.

This may also help fight against potentially overloading servers by storage hundreds, thousands, millions of books filled with the maximum amount of data in a single crate, and then having a full stack of those crates of written books... and then a double chest full of those stacks of crates of books... or really anything along those lines.

Limiting crate storage size in the config is a good addition, I'll add that

On the topic of performance, crates store data as:

• an ItemVariant (just denotes the item type, e.g. dirt)
• an integer representing the count

Crates don't actually store every single item, just those two things, so whether you're storing 1 item or a billion of them inside a crate, there's no real difference
