[Bug] Improve device detection in auto-refresh #111

Report
Right now, when a scheduled refresh occurs it waits 60 seconds for the device to be connected, then times out, and then waits another time. This is not ideal, not only is this window too small, it also gives no room for the user and most likely will need them to refresh manually.

- Developer mode enabled
- Using paid developer account
- I will send an ipa of the app I'm having trouble installing if any
- I'm willing to provide crash logs or debugging information if needed
