Dependency issue with the Logolas library

Hi,

I'm using R version 3.5.2. The installing of the Logolas library fails due to the fact that one of its dependencies, ashr, has now been removed from CRAN. I probably can manually install it form the CRAN archive, but have not tried due to the possible issues pointed out in the library.

@JRodrigoF ashr will soon be re-instated on CRAN, but in the meantime, since you are using the Github version of Logolas I presume, you can install ashr from Github [https://github.com/stephens999/ashr], I don't think there should be any issue with that. Please let me know if there is one.

@kkdey , I could complete the installation of aRchaic using the ashr version you pointed me to.
