Run kleborate with a list of assemblies

I'm trying to run Kleborate on a bunch of assemblies which are all in different archived folders. I have a text file specifying the path to each assembly. Is it possible to make Kleborate use this text file as input, instead of having to directly specify the path to the fasta files in the command?

@HilaryESR It would be good if klenroate has a --fofn option (file of filenames) but you can do it using Unix comamnds

eg. parallel -a fofn.txt "kleborate {} > {/}.out"
