Fujitsu ScanSnap iX500 not detected by scanline but works with ExactScan.app

I have connected the scanner via a USB cable but it is not detected by scanline.

The ExactScan app works detects the scanner and works fine.

I'm on MacOS 10.14.6 (18G8022).
