Need "filter out" or hide capability

I publish weekly release notes that either have blank content, or unwanted content, such as "No user impact." or "#N/A." I'd like the a filter that when selected hides those records from display.

Excellent! In addition to hiding specific values in a table column, for example “N/A”, I’m hoping there is a way to also hide blank cells in that same column. For example, I want a filter to hide the row, based on the lack of cell data in the Description column: ID Description URL ABC123 <something here>
