hololens2 can not install the uwp app bundle because it was not signed with a certificate

I do not know How to Sign MSIX Bundle File with the certifcate alxr_client_TemporaryKey.pfx , it is very complicated, plesae help me to get the MSIX Bundle File signed, thank you very much!

I have found very old versions of the hololens 2 app have the cert working, however they being so old seem to have other issues in actually launching and being used.

If I get time I will investigate this at some point, as I don't think there is a lot of community interest in the hololens 2 generally lol
