[balenaOS] USB Hotplug #22
Description
As a user I want multiple USB dongles to be automatically detected when I plug them in, so that I can use multiple USB dongles at the same time (e.g. Zigbee and Z-Wave).
Currently the Dockerfie has the first USB device hard-coded but others have to be manually added. Ideally additional new USB devices would be dynamically shared into the Docker container when they are plugged in.
