Stuck at 'authenticating' connecting to localhost on OS X El Capitan

Worked fine before OS upgrade. I've checked that remote login is enabled and it is.

JS console shows: Error in event handler for (unknown): SSHException: "Incompatible ssh peer (no acceptable kex algorithm)"
