Geometric Computation Foundations for Design installation

Hi I recently purchased the book. Geometric Computation Foundations For Design to help me to learn some geometric skills with Python. I am an experienced grasshopper and rhino user, however new to using python and unfortunately I seem to be falling a the first hurdle when it comes to this book, getting Decodes installed.

I am happy to work with python and rhino, (although cannot get decodes to install and import properly). Or rhino, grasshopper and python (although cannot find the decodes grasshopper pluggin??). If anyone has some advice how to install and get me up and running, please let me know.
