Ability to change the tag of the image created

**Describe the solution you'd like**
The image created using ClusterBuilder.build() has a tag which is context_hash. I would like to provide my own tag name/number. So the ClusterBuilder can accept tag as a parameter and if it is present, it will use that string instead of context_hash
