Make `redis` suitable for automated deploy / helm chart? (Now it requires a lot of manual intervention...)

Hi thanks for the examples! I wonder how can we make `redis` suitable for automated deploy / helm chart? Now it requires a lot of manual intervention... Humans need to execute several steps before it becomes auto-pilot.

Especially, I am using helm (and helmfile and gitops), so I hope a single `helm install` will do everything.

I am willing to help to improve the code.
