Apple Silicon Build is corrupt

Would absolutely love to give this a try, unfortunately it seems like I can't install it :(

Repro steps:

Download the latest build: https://github.com/kudosscience/pdf-chisel/releases/latest/download/PDF.Chisel-0.2.0-arm64.dmg

Drag the .dmg file to your applications folder

Looks like the runner is using macos-latest which is an intel mac runner.

EDIT: Adding a bit more info 😆

The problem is that the CI builds the arm64 DMG on an Intel Mac runner (macos-latest). When it downloads the PDFium binaries, it grabs the Intel version instead of the Apple Silicon one, so the app ends up with the wrong native libraries inside.
macOS then sees this mismatch and flags it as "damaged."
Fix: Run the build on macos-14 (which is an actual M1/M2/M3 runner) instead of the Intel runner.
