Feature request: Warnings/notifications when you run past estimated time for a task

Currently, when you run over the estimated time, nothing happens (notification, sound, or even a colour change). This means you might not even notice you've missed your goal.

A possible solution:

1. Notify the user via the system's standard notification system.
2. Play a sound to alert them that they're run overtime.
3. Provide the option to repeat notifications/sounds at a select interval.
4. Change the task colour to red (or a complementary colour to the theme accent colour).

1, 2 and 3 is a nice idea, but 4 might make the interface way too busy and confusing. What do you think?

Also may I ask which platform are you on?

#4 is optional of course - a better option would be an icon (since colour changes can be difficult to keep accessible). It was the first thing I thought of at the time, but definitely an icon is better.

As for the platform: I'm on Linux (Ubuntu 25.04)

That looks really good, I would probably make the circle shaped exclamation icon a rounded square and make it a little smaller. This looks good and might not clutter the ui as much, I will implement it and show you how it looks. However I am currently busy in other things so it would take some time. Thank you so much!
