package the demo into the cli so you can run it with kardinal demo

right now i'm writing docs like

kardinal deploy -k obd-demo.yaml

but we could package the demo right into the CLI at this point and use it as a nice onboarding/education tool, especially if the frontend (kardinal dashboard) has some special demo flow that walks folks through it

would also be nice to add obd-demo.yaml to .gitignore maybe since i constantly have that file as an unstaged change
