Regarding data set of APA_200MHz

I am using data set of APA_200MHz .
I have following doubts, please help me in understanding.

1. Are ( train_input.csv and train_output.csv) these two files Input and Output of PA respectively ?
2. I plotted the scattered plot of the train_input.csv and train_output.csv, and from plot non-linearity characteristics if PA is not observed. The plot shows it is very much linear. I have attached my plot details. Please let me know is this a expected a behaviour?
3. What is the purpose of val_input.csv and val_output.csv ?
4. Can you please let me know about which PA is being is used for this dataset.
