Are there any requirements for set up accounts on distributed coordinator and exporters? For example, if I want to use one PC for the coordinator and use several raspberry pi boards as exporters, what is the best setup for user accounts on them for labgrid use? Thanks.

No users are needed on the system running the coordinator. On the exporters, you'll most likely want to have normal user accounts accessible via SSH: https://labgrid.readthedocs.io/en/latest/overview.html#exporter

To keep the config simple, use the same usernames on the clients and exporters.

Thanks for reply. One benefit of using labgrid is to share boards among developers. Each developer will use their own client username. Is there an example/demo for such use case?

Thanks. I watched some of these videos. But all the ones I watched put coordinator and exporter and even client on one raspberry pi board. I'm looking for an example for distributed use.

If we have three developers, A, B and C. All of them plan to use a development board, which connected to an exporter. Is it a usual practice to create an account for each developer on the machine where exporter runs?

We have a shared lab with several exporters, each with ~16 boards. On those exporters, all developers have SSH user accounts.
