I couldn't find the weights for these tasks on zenodo? Are they not present?

For training and testing, we used tenfold cross-validation for each cell line (three datasets), for both TE and EL prediction tasks. We did not upload the resulting 60 model weights to Zenodo, but we would be happy to share them with you upon request if you are interested.
