[Report Works] Better design for "Deadline exceeded"

In the details of a Work the "Deadline exceeded" field needs better design.
At the moment it doesn't have specific logic. It just checks the relation between the end date and the today date.

Questions

Situation: The deadline has passed.

• Q: What if the Work is done?
• Q: What if the Work is paid?
