NSDMD Application for Power System Oscillation #7

I have real power system oscillation event case with two column of data, one column is the time and one column is the voltage data. I would like to analyze it using nsdmd. But I have been struggling with how i show provide the data input to nsdmd. Can you advise what is the best example to try this simple dataset ?
The pic below show the spectrum analysis of the data, my objective is to identify 43.7Hz and 56.3Hz though sliding window using nsdmd.
