Help the user with what to do once the install completes

The installer documentation & the installer it's self, really needs a link to "what's next" specifically....

• URLs for accessing the server
• Next steps (ie: running setup.pl and configuring a DB)
• How to make it auto start
• Doc's on setting up a proxy (and the fact that's required if exposing the server)

Currently it just says....

LedgerSMB installation into /home/foo/ledgersmb completed.

The LedgerSMB server can be started using the generated
startup script:

 $ /home/foo/ledgersmb/server-start

The server will run with its default configuration. To change
the configuration, copy the file doc/conf/ledgersmb.yaml to
/home/foo/ledgersmb and modify it. After modification, restart the
LedgerSMB server to activate the new configuration.
