Add an option for CustomNotes to change color from chroma events

It would be nice if note color changing worked with Custom Notes, as an example this map changes note colors multiple times: https://beatsaver.com/maps/2b5ee

If such feature would be added, a toggle to disable that feature would also be nice as more competitive players will probably prefer it disabled.
