Ghost Notes/No Arrows don't work with custom note models

Whenever using custom notes, the Ghost Notes and No Arrows modifiers don't do anything.
I didn't try finishing a level with them to see whether or not they are applied to the score but it's something that you might want to look into.

This is a long running "issue" due to the way custom notes work. Hopefully, this can be at least somewhat fixed if I ever get around to adding dissolve to custom notes.

Ghost notes/no arrows do (of course) disable score submission when using custom notes.

Just adding that it doesn't work with the new modifiers Pro Mode / strict angle ! (I guess it's this way with most of the modifiers ?).

Last verion of betsaber (1.13.5) and Custom notes version 2.2.2.
