New packages release not available

Why new packages version are not available in https://packagecloud.io/app/prometheus-rpm instead that new tag and release are put on https://github.com/prometheus/prometheus ?

hopefully fixed with #1012 , as el7 is EOL it causes the builds to fail and subsequently no version updates are automatically merged anymore
