Add a "Local" radio button in addition to URL and Page

When this option is selected, display to the user the list of resources uploaded in the publication directory. When the user selects this option, enter http://localhost/[Publication Folder]/[Resource name] as the URL.

Reciprocally, if the user selects a link on the pdf (in order to edit it), make sure that if the link starts with localhost, the radio button "Local" is selected and the list of ressources is displayed.
