real wiimote/dolphin bar

when using a dolphin bar and selecting real wiimote, you enter a loop of connect/disconnect
The messages are coming from the core, top left in yellow
WII remote 1 is connected
Wii remote 1 has been disconnected by the emulated software
over and over
If you hit it when connected buttons work (home brings up the home menu, etc..)
Seems continuous bluetooth scan isn't working or is too slow and allowing a disconnect(or timeout time is too low)
Verified all is working on dolphin stand alone with no changes in setup

I commented on issue #116 as well, but wanted to clarify the problem is ongoing for anyone still following this bug. Maybe we should close it as a duplicate? Either way, definitely a bug worth fixing since my DRM dolphin-emu-nogui setup is not running at the correct resolution and the libretro dolphin core is actually running really well otherwise, pesky Wii Remote problem aside.
