ls-remote implementation

Hi there

Im still using existing swiftgit2 but this seems promising and implementation looks cleaner. I just want to ask if you are planning to add ls-remote function ? To check remote updates without fetching, just to compare oids.

ls-remote should not be difficult but we have no plan for it yet.
