I have sats sitting in limbo, have tried sweepremoteclosed but below returns nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like your node force closed. So you need to use sweeptimelock or sweeptimelockmanual depending on what data you have available (an old channel.db file, channel.backup file or a way to contact the peer to retrieve the remote revocation public key).
