Missing python wheels

When building a pypi release, please build and upload the package wheels as well.

@leikoilja Is anyone still maintaining this project?
I am running into issues with the extruct library and dependency problems that seem to be stemming from jstyleson and may pertain to requiring build wheels/versioning conflicts, I'm not quite sure to be honest.
