Correlated alleles for in high LD SNP pairs

This is a great resource to retrieve LD data! For output, are there any information on correlated alleles? It may be figure out for in-high LD (eg, r2>0.9) SNPs pairs with similar alt allele frequencies. However, only MAFs are output, it is not always the case that alternative allele is the minor allele.
