Hope blur effect can be added.

Kubuntu can enable blur all window by xprop, but no work perfect. Hope the problem can be solved in dde-kwin. What's more, hope this effect can be enabled in control center of deepin easily. Hope deepin can be beautiful as Mac os and be popular.
