chore: add standard noise patterns

Noise handshakes as defined in https://rfc.vac.dev/spec/35/

• K1K1
• XK1 needed for WebRTC for Waku logos-delivery-js#1181
• XX (done for device pairing)
• XXpsk0

Notes

• K1K1 and XK1 are more interesting Alice to Bob secure channel (Alice and Bob exchange keys out of band) and enables new PoC/Examples.
• Not sure how would XXpsk0 would be used.
• Not sure if we need a protocol to define handshake over Waku (ie, content topic selection) Cc @kaiserd could you clarify?
