Release packaged version

Currently running the software requires installing python. For normal users it would be easier if the software was packaged into an exe file that they can execute.

PyInstaller is one program that can used to do this

Also to make developing the system easier it would be nice to have a script that sets up a working dev environment

I already tested pyinstaller, single exe is not working properly due to images. dir works, after few changes and adding image manually.
Probably requirements will fix it? No experience with packaging at all just googled around

We could just create a release manually at this point. It would probably help get more users. In the future it should be something like this

• master branch can't be pushed manually, alway thru pull requests
• When pull request created run unittests automatically and check that building works
• Once pull request is reviewed, merge it manually to master
• Master should automatically bump 0.1.x version number. For bigger releases a manual versioning is used
